Frequently Asked Questions

What size am I?

Sizes differ between brands, so it’s best to consult the size guide with each helmet. A general rule for us is to first try a larger size for more comfort — if you’re a medium hat, try a large helmet first and see how you feel.

Do I need goggles for Lifestyle Helmets? Can I change the visor?

You do not need goggles for these helmets — a pair of sunglasses will complete your look. And yes, you can change pull-down visors from clear to dark. You can also add a cap to some helmets. Just let us know! We want you to be happy with your helmet in every way!

What safety certifications do Lifestyle Helmets have?

Safety comes standard with Lifestyle Helmets. Our moto/scooter models carry U.S. DOT (FMVSS No. 218) classification for motorcycle use, meeting federal impact attenuation, penetration, and retention requirements. For snow—skiing and snowboarding—our snowsports models are engineered to the leading alpine helmet benchmarks (ASTM F2040 in the U.S. and EN 1077 in Europe), which specify impact, retention, and stability performance for non-motorized snow sports. Because standards are sport-specific, always check the certification label on your exact model before you ride or hit the mountain.

Do the helmets have audio capability?

Yes, most helmets have ear pockets that can fit various speaker headsets made for helmets. You can also wear your own earbuds while wearing the helmet too! Protect your Style!

Is shipping available?

Yes! We ship all over the U.S. and internationally. Please let us know!
